Wet Beaver Creek

Since the heat has set in early here we were looking for a hike a bit north of us so it would only be in the 80s instead of close to 100. We picked The Bell Trail along Wet Beaver Creek (not to be confused with Dry Beaver Creek). Since it's near Sedona you expect spectacular scenery. What we did not expect were the great pools of water at the end of the creek. This is an amazing place. So cool, and such beauty.

Bell Trail is still used to move cattle up to the Mogollon Rim, so step carefully

The trail gets a little hot with no shade, but the views are beautiful

Tah Dah!! The pools. It's just so surprising when you peek over a cliff and there they are

Taking in the view. In my youth I might have jumped in but I'm so much wiser now
